There wasn’t a window in our room, which made six days there less comfortable. The price wasn’t cheap, either, and the cleanliness and service didn’t meet expectations. When we arrived, there was a strong rotten smell. We found dirty, smelly socks left by previous guests inside the wardrobe, so the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Nobody cleaned during our stay, the towels were never changed, and the trash was left there the whole time. A disappointing stay for that price.

The only real plus was the room, which was nice and big. The rest felt more like a hostel than a hotel, so don’t trust Agoda about this stay. There was no reception, and we had to ask staff for a breakfast voucher every day. Breakfast was a set menu in another place, a five-minute walk away, with no variety. There wasn’t even water, juice, or coffee, and drinks cost extra. I also asked staff to refill our room, but they didn’t.

The staff were lovely and enthusiastic, and the food suited our family with plenty of variety. Our room was clean, attractive, and had modern facilities. It’s close to the fireworks viewing area.

The room was clean, modern, and convenient. Service like towel changes was a little slow and inconvenient since the rooms are managed by the ground-floor restaurant. Breakfast is served in another building, so you have to walk a bit to get there.

The location was great, close to everything, and the new room had all the equipment we needed. They had only just opened, so there were a few small issues, but they did their best to sort them out. We stayed one night and thought it was worth booking.
