The free, hands-on cooking demonstration was fantastic. I learned to make two authentic Vietnamese dishes, Vietnamese pancake and spring rolls. My only suggestion is that a return shuttle for customers would be useful, as the current service is one way. The staff were attentive and professional, always ready to help with any request. When we asked about moving to a bigger room, reception and the day manager quickly rearranged bookings and upgraded us for free to an amazing two-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine.

Diem, the front desk manager, was especially helpful and checked that we were comfortable and had what we needed. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive throughout. The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable, and its restaurant has a good variety of food. Excellent service, and a great choice for a stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel has a quiet policy, which made it a lovely place to unwind after the crowds in Hoi An. In the morning, we borrowed bikes and rode through town and over the bridge. Hoi An has a completely different feel in the morning from the evening and night. Breakfast by the pool was peaceful, too. It's a charming boutique hotel, close to many things, and check-in was easy. The rooms are tastefully done, with patterned corridor tiles, a charming four-legged bathtub, a rain shower, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. A perfect getaway spot.

We had a great stay here with our tour group. The place fits in well with the local town, and the decorations, food, and amenities were all very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable, and the hosts were welcoming. You'll love it and won't regret staying here.

We felt welcome as soon as we arrived, and every staff member went out of their way to help or even just say hello. The person who checked us in gave us useful information about restaurants, locations, and hotel facilities. They also made us a breakfast bag for our 4.30am departure. As an LGBTQ couple, we sometimes worry about checking into places, but felt comfortable here. Thank you, Blue Sky, for a great stay in Hoi An. We'll be back! Our double room, a free upgrade, was spotless and had a lovely pool view. It was cleaned efficiently every day. We ate at the hotel twice, and they accommodated all our requests. The food was really tasty, especially the fried spring rolls. Breakfast had lots of options, and when the hotel learned we were vegetarian, they made extra dishes for us in the mornings. Laundry came back quickly, neatly folded, and high quality.
