Ngoc made me feel welcome at Bin Bin as soon as I arrived, with a warm smile and a genuinely kind manner. She answered my questions patiently and took care of everything smoothly, showing real professionalism and attention to detail. Her friendly nature and commitment to good service made a lasting impression. Ngoc is a real asset to Bin Bin, and I’d recommend the place especially for the way she looked after me.
Housekeeping was quick to respond and did a great job making up the room. Cháu and Anh were wonderful. At reception, Ngọc, Dung, Điểm, and Trân were all kind and helpful. The staff are wonderful.
The staff were friendly and very helpful, and my room was clean and roomy. I’ll definitely come back.
It was OK.
