Bay Hotel Ho Chi Minh

I spent 7 days here and felt well looked after the whole time. The room stayed clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with housekeeping keeping things fresh and tidy each day. The facilities were good too. The staff were especially helpful, whether I needed something, wanted local suggestions, or just got a friendly greeting. They were welcoming from the start and always ready to assist. Chip deserves a big thank you! 👍👍 I'd happily come back and recommend the place for its comfort and service. Our flight cancellations meant we had to book at the last minute, and Aiden was great. The service was fantastic, and the central location put us close to everything, including plenty of good food options. They also let us store our luggage and use the pool before our late flight. Thanks so much for taking care of us, we'd highly recommend staying here.

Helen at reception gave us such a thoughtful welcome for our honeymoon, and surprised us with an upgrade to a wonderful room. That made the stay feel especially memorable. From there, we loved the panoramic city views from our floor-to-ceiling windows, including the Saigon River, and the rooftop pool and bar were a relaxing spot after exploring Ho Chi Minh City. Bay Hotel is in District 1, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. For the quality, amenities, and service, the price felt like an incredible deal, almost like a luxury stay for a fraction of the usual cost. We'd gladly return and recommend Bay Hotel to anyone visiting HCMC who wants comfort, views, a convenient location, and great service.

The rooftop bar and pool had amazing city views, and we were close to tourist spots, excellent restaurants, and the bus and boats for tours around the area. We first came with a group and chose to extend our stay for the last few days. The modern decor reminded me of a classy Vietnamese take on the rustic style we have in Australia. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Most had difficulty speaking English, but we still managed to get everything we needed. The food was delicious too. It was the best place we could have stayed for our final days in Saigon.
