Duc Phuc Hotel

The long distance from the city center was a hassle, and transport costs took away the savings. It’s about 45 minutes out, so between Grab or a taxi both ways, staying closer to the city might be worth paying a little more. My room was uncomfortable too. The bed was very hard to sleep in, and noise from upstairs went on all night. I wasn’t offered any compensation for the stress or inconvenience. I’d booked a week ahead, but my reservation was canceled at 9pm on the day because I hadn’t answered a message sent at 20:54pm asking whether I was coming. I was on a nine-hour bus ride with no reception or Wi-Fi, so I couldn’t reply. I understand that wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but canceling within the stated check-in hours of 14:00-0:00, just minutes after the message, was absurd. If they needed a specific arrival time, they should have asked a day or two earlier. When I arrived, they said there were no rooms despite my confirmed booking. After a long, frustrating conversation through Google Translate, they said they had “kicked the guest out early” to give me a room, as if that were a favor rather than the room I’d reserved. The staff were dismissive, with no real apology or accountability. The whole way they handled it felt disorganized and inconsiderate. I’d avoid this place.

Good morning. I’m having trouble getting in touch because I can’t find your email or WhatsApp number. I only use WhatsApp, not Zalo. Could you help me? This is the only way I’ve found to contact the hotel 🙏🙏

For the price, it was a great deal. The room had plenty of space and was very comfortable.

The room was clean and really nice, and the price was reasonable. The staff were very helpful too 🤪🤪🤪. You should come try it.
