Hoi An Coco River Resort & Spa

The staff are the real treasure here. Ruby was incredibly quick and supportive in the messages before we arrived, and all the other women and men were lovely, friendly, and helpful. We had a wonderful time and hope to return. Warm greetings from cold Finland! We stayed at Coco River for six nights and wished we’d booked longer. It’s quiet, beautiful, very green, immaculately clean, and full of local charm. We had one of the honeymoon rooms and can recommend it. It may be best to contact the hotel directly for its best rate. We also enjoyed several meals at the Coco River restaurant, where food and alcohol were both reasonably priced. The spa is worth a visit too, with great massages, a lovely atmosphere, and the same spotless cleanliness. A couple of things could be added or changed: body lotion and hair conditioner in the amenities, and larger bathrobes.

The rooms are roomy and look out over the pool and gardens. From the bar and restaurant there are lovely river views, and the food is tasty and well priced. Hoi An is a 15 minute taxi ride away, with the return costing less than £4. I’m just about to check out, and every staff member here has been friendlier than anyone I’ve encountered at another hotel. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

We made use of the free bikes to ride through the rice fields to the beach, which took a little over half an hour of pedaling. The riverside setting is lovely, with a green garden and pool, and the bedrooms are beautiful, very clean, and have super comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. We’d definitely suggest booking a spa treatment too.

This was the best place we stayed in Vietnam. The rooms were cozy and nice, with a wonderful atmosphere and view, and I loved the resort. The staff were cordial and friendly, the spa was superb, and it’s kid friendly too.
