Hoi An Emotion Boutique Hotel

The gardens were lovely, with huge Koi ponds and Bonsai trees, and there was a nice pool with ybar. We stayed one night after coming from DaNang so we could see a bit of Hoi an. The rooms are huge. I'd like to return for 5 nights. You could easily relax around here, away from the old town markets and bustle, while still being close enough.

I only booked one night on a whim, then added another because I felt so comfortable. If I hadn't already booked a hotel in Da Nang, I'd have stayed longer. The room was very clean, with a balcony looking out over the beautiful garden and pool. Breakfast was delicious too. Looking forward to coming back. 😍☺️

The hotel looked charming at first, but the service was a huge disappointment. It's small, yet the bar was usually unattended even though the place was packed. We had to leave the hotel to get drinks ourselves because there was no one there to help. The “lady boss” was rude and unprofessional. She threatened us with camera footage and audio recordings, showed no empathy, and left us to deal with problems on our own. Hospitality seemed absent. It felt like all she cared about was money and squeezing everything she could out of guests. There was a friendly, helpful staff member around, but they seemed afraid of the lady boss and couldn't do much for us. The location is beautiful, but the price isn't worth it when there's so little service. It's a missed opportunity, because with a different attitude and better management, this could be a lovely place.
