Hoi An Memories Resort & Spa

The shower gel and shampoo came in tiny dispensers that took ages to press enough times to get a usable amount. The shower gel also smelled pretty bad. Better quality products with a fresher scent would improve things. Aside from that, the service was amazing, and the hotel was quiet and relaxing. The rooms were large and comfortable, the two pools were excellent, and breakfast was great. The location is handy for the Memories Show, though a bit far from the Old Town. I still give it five stars.

The island location was a real highlight. We enjoyed the peace away from the tourist areas, while the shuttle made it easy to get into Hoi An whenever we wanted. The resort exceeded our expectations, and we'd gladly come back. Our daughters, aged 10 and 12, loved the pool. It was off-season, so there weren't many children around, but the lifeguards were kind and played with them. Special thanks to Maa and Tuan for the ball games. Manager Yummi, with her Australian accent, was one of the kindest people we met. When my children were unwell, she did so much to help us feel comfortable and supported. The breakfast restaurant manager also made sure our group of six could sit together, even when it was busy. We felt welcome and cared for from arrival onward. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was a great choice at the breakfast buffet, the lunch menu was delicious and reasonably priced, and we especially liked the happy hour drink deals. Beautiful setting, lovely staff, and a relaxing stay. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An. Regards, the Weir Family.

The staff gave excellent service, and the hotel was comfortable and convenient. I loved the beautiful view, and the clean room made for a lovely stay. The location is great for exploring Hoi An. Everything went beyond what I expected, and I'd happily stay here again.

The staff's hospitality was the best part of our stay. Ms. Trinh and Mr Solo were so friendly and professional, and went out of their way to help our family. When Ms. Trinh saw us coming for breakfast, she had already set a table for six. Thank you both. I hope you're still at the resort when we return. Thanks as well to Ms. Yummy at the front desk. We spent three days in a beautiful, clean, quiet three-bedroom villa. The resort is surrounded by the river and lots of coconut trees, with fantastic views. We had wonderful service each morning. The staff were all incredibly nice and kind. I hope to come back every year. Highly recommend this resort.
