Hoiana Hotel & Suites

My wife and daughter wanted to keep the ocean view, so we chose to stay in the room. We hadn't expected any compensation, but the manager, Hyeri, brought them local fruit and chocolates anyway. Her response was far beyond what I expected, truly five-star service, and I think this will be my family's best experience in Vietnam. We visited the residence at the end of October, during the heavy rainy season. A notice on the table said there was maintenance outside the building. We were lucky to get an ocean-view room, but noticed a few drops of water near the windows. It wasn't a major issue, though I called reception to report it. A couple of minutes later, Hyeri came to the room, apologized, and offered several options.

We loved the peaceful feel, lovely pool, and romantic dinners. The room was elegant and cozy, with a beautiful view, and it was a perfect stay for my partner and me. Nikki Nguyen made our visit feel especially thoughtful, and I’ll definitely come back. The lobby was elegant and welcoming, the room spacious and well equipped, and the pool area was a relaxing spot. Service was outstanding, and the whole stay felt effortlessly luxurious. New World Hoiana exceeded my expectations.

The pool, gym, and spa were all top-notch, and the breakfast buffet had a delicious range of choices. My room at New World Hoiana was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a lovely view. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. It was a relaxing, luxurious stay, and I'd highly recommend it. Nikki FO. Five stars.
