We really liked the location, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was lovely too. We had a great stay and would return if we’re back in Hoi An.

A lovely little gem right in the centre of ha noi. The owners are always available and kind, and will help with anything you need. They offer all kinds of services at convenient prices, and the room rates are very good too.

Miss. Quyen and her father were helpful with everything, from arranging a bike to planning our two day trip. They organised bus tickets, motorbikes, a coconut boat tour, and more, at very reasonable prices compared with other places. The room was neat, clean, and really nice, and the homestay is very close to the river. A must stay if you’re planning a trip to Hoi An.

The owners were so kind, and we had the best bathroom we’ve ever had in a room 🤣. We arrived early in the morning after a 12 hour night bus, exhausted, and the owner let me rest while we waited because it was too early to check in. One night, she also brought us watermelon while we waited for our pickup. Such a lovely stay!

I was very comfortable here for two nights. The riverside night markets are only a 3-4 minute walk away, and the property is quite new, with tidy, very clean rooms. The hosts made me feel welcome and can arrange transport, laundry, tours, and other things, so ask if you need help. Just keep in mind it’s a homestay, which may not suit you if you want to party or have people over in your room.
