I had a very unpleasant experience in the women’s sauna at Hotel Nikko. I was inside without clothes when the door opened. At first, I couldn’t tell whether someone had opened it or it had opened by itself. Later, I learned that the male staff member on night duty checks the women’s sauna every hour. The hotel said this was because it was a holiday and no female staff were available. That’s an internal hotel issue, not something guests should have to accept. A male staff member opening the sauna door, whether or not he entered, was a serious invasion of privacy and left me extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I asked for CCTV to be checked, an official explanation from the manager, and appropriate compensation. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. I hope management takes responsibility and makes sure it never happens again.

The hotel was in great shape, with a huge outdoor pool, a Japanese-style bath, a gym, and several restaurants on site. What really stood out, though, was the service. Ms. THAO Hoàng at the front desk went well beyond what I expected to make my stay special. I had a wonderful time here and would happily return.

Even though I booked just one night, the team made the stay comfortable and memorable, well beyond what I expected. Mr. Hoang Long especially made an effort to accommodate my preferences. The hotel isn't in the busiest part of downtown, but the view, amenities, well-kept facilities, and five-star service make it worthwhile. The price is hard to beat for the value in this city. I'll come back whenever I can. Keep up the good work!

After arriving a little late, I was told by the front desk clerk that there were no rooms, and he seemed unwilling to help. We checked online, found rooms available, and showed him. We did get checked in, but the stay was a real disappointment. I came because of the good reviews, and for the price they charge, the hotel needs to train its staff better.
