Hôtel De Soie

Everyone on staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Tuyen and Su☺️. Breakfast came with a couple of choices plus a small buffet of fresh fruit and vegetables. The rooms were new and nicely decorated, though the walls were paper thin. Luckily, there wasn’t much noise from outside. We liked the small, private rooftop pool.

The hotel’s design is unique, with lovely colors, and my room had a balcony. It’s new and beautiful, and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Breakfast had plenty of options and was filling. The restaurant staff were thoughtful and always helped when we needed it. There were fans and ashtrays available for guests in the cool coffee area, and reception was very helpful arranging motorbike rental and other services. We felt welcome and well cared for. It was a memorable stay, and my family will come back next time 😊❤

There are two rooms on each of the nine floors, so you don’t often hear other guests. The hotel only opened earlier this year, and the rooms are large, clean, and well furnished. The staff were friendly and even caught some things I’d left behind when I checked out. Breakfast was good, with a limited menu to order from and a small buffet, though it wasn’t as extensive as at other hotels I’ve stayed in. I’d recommend the place for its location and spacious, nice rooms, and I’d be happy to return.

Sue, Quyen, and Tugen were so hospitable. The staff were great overall and always tried to make things right when something came up. Breakfast was good, though I wish they offered more tea. It had run out, and I was told that was all there would be.
