The staff service was very good 👌, but I rented a room by the stairs and the soundproofing was poor. I could clearly hear people walking up and down. Upstairs residents were drinking until 3 AM, and I heard it was louder than a CGV movie theater 😂. Anyone staying overnight should keep the noise in mind if sleep matters.
Everything was fine overall. The receptionist who answered the phone was polite and easy to understand.
We spent fireworks night at 650 with my family. After searching for hours without finding a room, we were lucky the hotel still had one. It was spacious, and the security guard was very helpful carrying our luggage to the elevator. We'll see you again.
At 6:30-9:30 they quoted 150k, but later, when we went upstairs to get our things, they said the room cost 250k. I refused and insisted on leaving. The 150k was already too expensive, and I was rushing to pack for the airport, so I stayed without paying. Then they saw that and told me to get 150k back. 😆 The room was dark, old, smelled awful, and was disgusting. The air conditioner ran but didn't cool, and the prices were sky-high, greedy. I packed at 8 pm and checked out straight away without resting, but they still charged me 150k for only an hour and a half. 😌 It's not much money, but it says a lot about the service. Everyone should avoid this place!
It's convenient being near the airport, and the room was spacious and clean. It cost 250k VND. The security guard will open the gate even if you get back at 2 AM. I'll definitely come back.
