Nemo Hotel

The rooms are nice, the price is amazing, and the staff are friendly and always smiling. It's well located, with the center and beach both not too far away. A couple of things nearly brought this down to 4/5 for me. The shower turns cold pretty fast, and having the shower and toilet together in one room isn't convenient in some situations. Also, there's traffic and karaoke around here, like across Da Nang. Make sure the window is shut before bed, it cuts the noise by about 80%, otherwise you might not get much sleep, haha. Still, I'd recommend it.

The owners were super helpful, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. It's a nice hotel near the beach, and breakfast costs 50,000. One thing to be ready for: the toilet and shower share the bedroom, with only a barely transparent glass panel between them.

We found plenty of places to eat along the main road right outside. The hotel is close to the beach, and we had a really nice four-night stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

The upper floors have a great view. From our room on the 4th floor we could even see a tiny bit of the sea. The rooms have an open layout, and the bathroom is separated by glass walls that don't reach the ceiling. We had a pleasant stay and found it good value. The rental scooters were inexpensive and in good condition, handy for seeing the mountains around Da Nang and the city, and Hoi An is an easy scooter ride too.
