The people really made this stay for me. Everyone was attentive, professional, and welcoming, and the service felt personal throughout. Trinh Nguyen, Hien Le, and Khang at the Long Bar deserve a special mention. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a luxurious feel that’s still comfortable. The rooms, amenities, and general atmosphere all seemed carefully thought through. I’d happily return for another relaxing stay.

Tour guide Hung was a lot of fun, and we had a great time seeing the resort with his cheerful guidance. Moon led a great Meditation and Aerial yoga session. She was thoughtful about keeping things fair for the guests who arrived on time, and didn’t let people who were more than 15 minutes late join. I appreciated her consideration. Everyone at the hotel was pleasant. Hunter from Citron helped us with all sorts of things, greeted us with a big smile, and remembered us, which made the stay feel special. Y Dao from Tingara was adorable and helpful during our Teppan Yaki Experience set menu dinner. She spoke some Korean too, and it was really fun chatting with her.

The complimentary lounge access at Danang International Airport’s domestic terminal was a lovely perk of staying at InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort. It let the luxurious feeling continue right up to departure. The lounge is beautiful, with comfortable seating, a calm atmosphere, and decor that carries the resort’s whimsical, elegant style. The light snacks and refreshments were fresh and delicious, making the wait feel like a highlight rather than routine airport time. The staff made the visit especially memorable: Airport Manager Hien ran things professionally, Hostess Na welcomed us warmly, Waiter Linh was kind and attentive, and Chef Son served flavorful, impressive dishes. Their care turned a regular stop into a relaxing send-off. If you’re staying at the resort and flying domestically, this is a wonderful perk. Five stars!

The people at InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort made the stay feel warm and personal from the start. Ms. Vy (Guest service Agent) at the Front Desk explained everything clearly, with a gentle manner and quick, professional thinking that made us feel welcome and respected. The Duty Manager was warm, attentive, and proactive, giving us reassurance right away. Tien, the bellman, handled things efficiently and gave a detailed introduction to the resort’s facilities and services. Thang was another lovely part of the experience, helping guests take photos with a great eye for angles and composition. It felt like he was helping capture memories, not just taking pictures. Those thoughtful gestures made for a refined, comfortable stay, and showed real sincerity behind the luxury service. We felt valued and would highly recommend it.

The scenery and facilities were flawless, but the staff were what made this resort stand out for me. At Citron, Hunter went above and beyond as our waiter. I was surprised to hear he’d only been there for 3 months, because his attention to detail was so good. Thanh, another waitress, was attentive too. It was clear the team works hard to take care of guests, and I really appreciated it. ❤️
