Huong at reception was so sweet and always ready to help, making sure I had what I needed. The rest of the staff were amazing too. The hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained, with daily housekeeping, and the price was really good for what you get. It’s also very central. I’d highly recommend staying here on a trip to Hanoi!

The staff made our stay feel easy from check-in through checkout. They were warm, attentive, spoke English well, and even helped sort out the laundry arrangements. Breakfast was good, and we appreciated that it worked for guests who got up a little later. Our room was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. Parklane Hanoi Hotel is also well placed for exploring the Old Quarter, while still feeling like a quiet place to come back to after a busy day. We had a wonderful stay, 10/10.

Anna from customer service made our stay flawless. She helped book tours, arranged transport to Cat Ba, and gave us great advice whenever we had questions about Hanoi. The rest of the staff were just as friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had all the amenities, and the beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable. Fantastic location and phenomenal service.

The staff were friendly and even looked after our bags after checkout, then arranged a fairly priced taxi to the airport. We got a free upgrade at check-in to a big, clean, comfortable room. The shower was great, the AC worked, and there was a safe in the room. It was very quiet despite the excellent location with so much close by. Absolutely fantastic hotel. I’d definitely stay again if I return to Hanoi.

Anna and her crew were top notch. I booked a two night luxury package to remote mountain areas, and it was worth every penny. The location is hard to beat, and the hotel was very quiet. The rooms do need some TLC, though. A fresh coat of paint would help, and some of the floor tiles in my room had buckled.
