Victory Hotel Ha Noi

The staff were kind and clearly tried to clean and help us, and I appreciate that. But their effort didn’t make up for the poor hygiene, management, or condition of the hotel. The room had bugs, including in the bed, dust on the fan and around the room, and stained sheets and towels. We asked for cleaning early in the morning, but when we got back at 9:20 p.m. it still hadn’t been done. I’m allergic to dust, which made that especially serious. Reception offered a poor solution, saying that since we’d already stayed two nights, they couldn’t refund the full amount. That felt unfair given the conditions. We stayed several nights, and the experience was terrible and not worth the money. Hygiene and service were far below an acceptable standard. I strongly recommend avoiding this place, since there are much better options nearby for the same price.
