HAAP Transit Hotel

Those beds were so comfortable that I didn't want to get up in the morning. The rooms are roomy, comfortable, clean, and well looked after. The hosts were warm and attentive, making sure things went smoothly. I had an amazing stay. Definitely recommend it.

I wouldn't recommend this place. Although my pickup had been confirmed a couple of times, nobody came, so I had to take a Grab. Finding the hotel was difficult, especially at night, since it's down an alley. Then, despite my confirmed and paid booking, there was no room for me and they moved me to another hotel. A terrible experience.

For the price, this is a great transit hotel near Noi Bai International Airport. The staff looked after me throughout. Ms Dung quickly changed my reservation, and the night receptionist helped me switch to a quiet, spacious room with a big bed. He even lent me his motorbike so I could go out for food and shopping. The manager and the rest of the team take good care of their guests.

I've stayed at a few airport hotels, and this moderately priced place gave me five-star service. There's a free shuttle to and from the airport, and the service was second to none. At check-in, I asked for ice and orange juice for an evening cocktail and offered to pay for the juice. The young woman said she'd bring it up, then explained there wasn't any in the kitchen. She was going to ride her scooter two kilometers to buy some and deliver it to my room. I'm from the US, and that kind of thing would never happen there. I'll be staying here from now on.
