Hanoi Riverview Boutique Hotel & Apartment

The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, and the building itself is lovely. Our room was spacious and modern, the bathroom had strong water pressure, the TV offered streaming services, and breakfast was great. The balcony, though, faced straight toward the construction site, so it had no real view and felt more like a window with a little extra light. The noise made the stay really hard. During my two January nights there, construction began around 6:40 a.m. and continued until about 5 p.m., leaving me with barely any sleep. Staff initially said it started at 9, then seemed surprised when I pointed out what I’d heard. They said they’d speak to the workers, but that didn’t seem to help. I know the hotel can’t control the construction, but it ended up ruining the stay.

We got in at 1 a.m. after a really bad experience at another hotel, and the 24-hour reception welcomed us warmly. For a great price, we got a spotless, luxurious room. The staff were wonderful, breakfast was excellent, and they kindly let us check out late. Everything was clean and the service was exactly what we needed.

Nicolas, Flower, Claire, and Kim💖 were so attentive and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made my stay feel special. The room was kept clean and comfortable, and the view from it was beautiful at night. It was a peaceful, cozy place to unwind after a long day in Hanoi. I’d happily recommend Hanoi Riverview Boutique Hotel for its lovely views and welcoming service.

Our Grab driver never showed up for the ride to the train station, and one of the staff stepped in straight away. He called the hotline and arranged a reliable driver, so we made the train just in time. We’d already had four weeks in Vietnam, and this was one of the best hotel stays of our trip. The welcome was so warm, with big smiles from the friendly English-speaking receptionists. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you 🙏
