La Belle Vie Boutique Hotel

A cozy, quiet place with decent-sized rooms and plenty of storage. Prices seemed comparatively good, and I felt it was good value for money. There's a small infinity pool on the rooftop with a really cool view. Mr. Dung was kind and made the checkout process simple and easy.

The main thing missing was cups and crockery in the kitchen, even though it had a kettle. The housekeeping wasn't great either. I would've liked a thorough shower clean and fresh towels to be priorities, though the housekeeping staff were otherwise nice. The room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, which I often find difficult in hotels. The admin staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel is in a very quiet area. People I met or asked about the area were very sweet, and the conversations helped me understand some Vietnamese culture.

The room had a great city view and was roomy, with basic things like a toothbrush, comb and several power outlets. Dung and Duong on staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, with easy transport through Grab. There was some noise at times during the day, but it wasn't unbearable.

Duong was great whenever we needed help, including with laundry. The room was clean, and we enjoyed walking and jogging near the Han river in the morning and evening. When the weather was good, we could order Grab dinner to the lobby. It's a great place and really good value for money.
