The breakfast buffet was really good, with local and international choices and fresh eggs cooked to order. They also arrange airport pick up and transfers, and offer lots of tours at good rates with great people. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I love this hotel! It’s had a new owner since early 2018.

Diem and Duyen were my favourite staff members, and both were great at their jobs. Everyone here goes out of their way to help, which really sets this place apart. The rooms are excellent and affordable, and the food and beer were good too. Great value for money.

The staff made this stay feel like being welcomed into a family. Nhât Phoung even rode his moped through the rain to the airport to return something we’d left behind before our departure. Chuong, the hotel manager, invited me to play soccer, and Ms. V showed us around Hoi An and took us to a restaurant that ended up being one of my favorite meals in Vietnam. It was a really enjoyable experience, thanks to the wonderful staff.

There’s a free shuttle to town during both the day and evening, plus another one to the beach bar. The hotel is a good standard and well worth the price.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and Eurostar was the one I especially liked. The staff were so welcoming and attentive, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I’d recommend it.
