We tried both city view and sea view rooms. I preferred the city view one: it was more spacious, had natural light in the bathroom through the transparent feature, and you could still catch a little sea view from the bed. I was told the bathtub is only in city view rooms, so keep that in mind if you book sea view. The staff made switching room types easy. The hotel and team are lovely, and our rooms were in good shape and mostly clean, though the shower could use a better cleaning. Clearer windows would also help you enjoy the sea view properly. Breakfast had a good range, and WiFi worked well. There’s a steam room, sauna, and pool upstairs. The sauna wasn’t as hot as I’d have liked, but that might suit people who prefer less heat. The gym wasn’t useful to us, with nothing to use. The pool gets cold in winter, but felt refreshing.

The location worked well, within walking distance of My Khe beach, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We liked the affordable price and the authentic local food, especially the egg drop soup. Room upkeep was the problem. It looked like only a quick surface clean had been done. A sticky spill beside the coffee table stayed on the floor for all three nights, the AC was dusty and took ages to cool the room, and the bathroom blinds, tub, and door had mold. I didn't ask to change rooms because it felt like too much hassle and I didn't want to disrupt a short vacation. We could tolerate it, but there are other hotels at the same or lower price with better quality. I hope the feedback helps them improve for future guests.

The staff were amazing and more than made up for the room disappointment. Despite the hotel's Sea View name, our room faced a wall about 3' away. The breakfast buffet was good, too.

The staff kept the hotel clean, and the location is central, but the stay fell short on comfort and amenities. Our room was a decent size, though the view was just the brick wall of the neighboring building. We chose the place for its gym and sauna, which was a mistake. The gym was tiny, the equipment was dated, and half the machines didn't work. The sauna wasn't switched on, and after waiting 45 minutes for it to heat, we gave up. The pool was very small and uncomfortably cold. The bathroom setup was baffling: instead of a proper shower, there was a tiny tub, too small for one adult to bathe comfortably, never mind the two-person soak we'd hoped for. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. If all you need is a clean place to sleep, it works. For a relaxing stay, working facilities, or a view, I'd look elsewhere.
