Good price, and there are drinking water filters in the room. The hotel is old but renovated, and the staff are kind.

The price is cheap and the location is very convenient. Staff are friendly. I've stayed here many times and plan to return next time.

At 2 a.m. I'm still wondering how I'm meant to sleep here. My second-floor room has a window facing the stairs that doesn't shut properly. Something like a pump switches on below it from time to time, day and night, and it's horribly loud. There's no curtain or blind, and a light outside comes on whenever I move. All night, there's been banging through the wall, probably from some business, along with local drunks shouting in the street. It's awful, and I'm paying for it too. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, despite traveling a lot. I foolishly trusted the ratings. Looking at the reviews now, the good ones are all in Vietnamese, so either they're paid for or this sort of environment is normal for Vietnamese people. I hope I can get a refund tomorrow for the remaining three of my four days. Otherwise, after four sleepless nights here I may go crazy. Don't make my mistake. Avoid this disgusting place if you can.
