Mr. Rocco was consistently polite and supportive, and helped me with whatever I needed. His suggestions for places nearby were useful, too. When I decided to extend my holiday, he offered a nice room discount, which I appreciated. His care made the stay more enjoyable.

The studio was clean, modern, and well looked after, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. It had the essentials I needed, including a TV, microwave, electric stove, dryer, and kettle. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was good. Moonlit Studio Hotel is in Hanoi’s West Lake area, which felt calm but still convenient for getting to what I needed. I paid under 900 EGP a night, so the price felt great for what was included. I’d recommend it to people visiting Hanoi.

Moonlit was a good fit for us because it was peaceful, and the rooms were clean and roomy for the area. It’s some distance from the center, but the location suited us. Rocco also gave us fantastic service when we checked out.

Having reception open around the clock was a big help since our flight came in late, and the airport transfer made things easy even if it cost a bit much. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bedroom, a small kitchen, and a living area. We had a wonderful stay.
