The hotel had lots of workshops and activities during Lunar New Year, and it felt welcoming for families while still being a place adults could enjoy. We liked the island-retreat feel of the design, though the city’s activities were still close enough. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and we had dinner at the restaurant twice, which was good. The staff were friendly and flexible, and An and the Reception Staff were helpful with any issue or request. The free shuttle to the beach and city center came in handy. We’d gladly return to the Legacy Hoi An Resort.

The restaurant menu changed a little each day during our four-night stay. We also tried Coco Spa, and my massage was professional and refreshing. Experiences may vary by therapist, but I felt relaxed and got rid of my fatigue. I’d like to go again. The shuttle made trips to Hoi An Old Town and An Bang Beach easy, and booking it through KakaoTalk was especially convenient for Korean guests. Every staff member was kind and helpful, including the chef, driver, Phi, and reception team. They were professional and always greeted us warmly.

The breakfast buffet could be better organized. I wished staff would seat guests instead of everyone just grabbing a spot. Still, I had a lovely stay and would recommend the place and come back. Loan and the reception team were kind and helpful, and we were lucky to get upgraded to a villa. It was cozy and calming, and the pool was relaxing, though seeing a snake beside it scared me. I called the lifeguard, who simply moved it away. My facial at coco spa was refreshing, and I loved it.

The Legacy was the best hotel I’ve stayed in in Vietnam. My room was fantastic, with a balcony view, a big comfortable bed, a bathtub, and a shower. The team members I met were all very friendly and helpful, and the service felt five-star. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was really good. There are two lovely pools with great scenery, plus a gym and spa. The hotel is beautifully finished to a high standard, surrounded by trees and rice fields. Being a little outside central Hoi An is peaceful, and the complimentary shuttle runs several times a day to the center or beach.

It was a relaxing break from the crowds of the old city, with plants and rice fields all around. Staff were helpful and really nice. You can borrow bicycles for free, and a minibus takes guests to several nearby places at no charge. Breakfast had lots of options, and the dining room was clean and welcoming. The infinity pool has a great view and a peaceful feel, but there isn’t much room and there are only about 10 sunbeds. Worth a try if you’re after some peace and relaxation.
