The interior looks luxurious, but that was the only real positive for us. We paid a lot for a month expecting a pool and gym. The pool shut a week after we arrived with no warning or explanation, and it never reopened. The gym closed a week and a half before we left, again with no explanation or compensation. In the second week, our air conditioner broke. For a full week reception kept smiling and telling us it would be fixed that day. A technician finally came only after we said we’d leave a bad review. The promised cleaning twice a week was disappointing too. After cleaning, the floors looked just as dirty as before. We stayed in the room to see what happened: a woman left a wet patch in the middle, changed the towels, and went away without entering the second room. We complained, and she came back and left an even wetter track through that room. That was all. From our experience, if the tip is under 100,000, these women don’t clean properly. Very disappointed. We spent a lot and didn’t get the promised amenities.

The staff are really enthusiastic, and the rooms are attractive and well equipped. I’d rate this place a perfect 100/10.
