We were worn out after an exhausting night train ride, so being given a room at 8:00 AM was such a relief. The staff arranged it without hesitation and were warm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had plenty of variety. We felt looked after and welcome throughout our stay. Thanks to the whole team for making things comfortable after a long journey. We'd happily come back and recommend the hotel for its kind service.

The restaurant has great food at very reasonable prices, and Orvito next door is especially good. There are also nearby mini marts and laundries, plus plenty of restaurants in the area. It's about a 10-minute walk to the old town. We spent two weeks here during the recent floods, the biggest since 1964, and the hotel was still one of the best we've stayed in. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff feel like family. The whole place is a calm oasis, with a colonial feel and rooms opening onto a central courtyard. This was our fourth visit to Vietnam and third to Hoi An. We'll definitely stay here next time.

We loved the breakfast and thought the staff were really kind. The hotel itself is beautiful, too. It was quiet at night, and borrowing a bike made it easy to get to the old quarter and nearby villages. I definitely recommend Maison Vy if you're staying in Hoi An.

The room was clean and comfortable, just a few minutes' walk from Old Town. Staff were friendly and gave us great recommendations, and we really enjoyed the food. We'd be glad to stay at Maison Vy again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was good. We arrived during flooding in the rainy season, and the owner and staff were very helpful with our luggage and careful about our safety. They even checked whether we had dinner, since the weather and floods made it hard to get food. It was a great stay, and I'd choose this place again if I get back to Hoi An.
