We felt like family here, and the stay was great. The room was huge and very clean, and Kim made a fantastic breakfast to order. There are bicycles you can use anytime, and she can easily call you a motorbike if you’d like to rent one. Definitely book here, and give Ruby, their young daughter, lots of high fives!

We booked a twin room and had a huge balcony all to ourselves. There’s a mini fridge in the room with water, beer, and snacks at reasonable local prices. The family are incredibly helpful and smiley, and are happy to sit and chat for ages. It’s an absolutely lovely place to stay. My friend and I left today, and I’d say to stay here if you’re in hoi an!

This is a purpose built Homestay, not just a family house that’s been converted. The rooms are large, most have an outdoor area, and there’s air conditioning and free push bikes. It’s a flat ride of just over 10 minutes into town. The family who own the place are lovely. I’ve had many visiting friends and family stay here, and I thoroughly recommend it.

Need a broken bag zipper fixed? Son will take you to the local market, where it costs $1 to repair. Hungry or thirsty in your room? Snacks and drinks cost the same as at the local store, with no huge markup. Son and his staff keep the rooms clean and well looked after, share tour information, and make hot food at any hour for a reasonable price. By far the best Homestay place!

On my first visit to Hoi an, I stayed here for two nights with friends. The people were very nice, the food was very good, and we had a lot of fun having dinner with them. Our room had two beds, one king size and one regular, plus AC and a fan. It was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice too. The beach and night market aren’t far by motorbike or bicycle. I’ll come back as soon as I can!
