Our stay at Mandila Beach Hotel has been amazing, and we haven’t even checked out yet. The room on the 17th floor briefly smelled of cigarette smoke, probably from the hallway. We told the staff before going out, and came back to a room that smelled fresh and relaxing, almost like a spa. They dealt with it quickly and thoughtfully. What stood out throughout the stay was how attentive and welcoming the whole team was. From morning to night, staff greeted us with genuine smiles, and we felt valued as guests. The breakfast was simple, but fresh and tasty, and I looked forward to it each morning. They consistently went out of their way to make us comfortable. Huge thanks to the staff, and we’d gladly stay here again.

We stayed at Mandila Beach Hotel from February 13-17, just a day before Tết. One unexpected highlight was watching the fireworks on Tết Eve from the corridor on our room level. Traveling as a family, we appreciated having three connecting rooms. Reception was helpful too: we asked for a late checkout the day before leaving and they arranged it for a reasonable extra charge, which seemed fair during peak Tết season. Everyone we met, from reception to the restaurant team and housekeeping, was warm and welcoming. The beach is right across the street, great for a morning or late afternoon walk. There’s a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, and Hà Bổng behind the hotel has plenty of shops and local places to eat. Breakfast was good, although the menu was the same each day. We also loved the hotel spa on Level 18, especially the hot stone therapy.

The ocean front view suites were the highlight for me: spacious, relaxing, and with stunning sea views. The hotel is well placed for nearby attractions, and the view from the property made the stay feel special. Staff were welcoming and always ready to help, while the rooms were comfortable, well designed, and kept in great shape. A wonderful place for a comfortable stay with lovely views and hospitality.

We stayed four nights in May and used the balcony every day. Our beachfront room had a lovely view, and we could watch both sunrise and sunset. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The area was quieter than others, but still close enough to walk around easily. Thank you!

The view from the balcony is amazing, and the spa was a little pricey but good. We had a pleasant stay overall, though the breakfast had very few vegetarian choices. One confusing thing was the water: extra water ordered from room service was complimentary, but water taken from the fridge was charged. This wasn’t explained clearly, and the minibar price list didn’t mention a charge for water. They should improve communication about room service and add better vegetarian options at breakfast.
