Our room was even upgraded, and the staff were really nice. The location is perfect, right by Walking Street and Central Market. Just be aware the hotel is now called Nocecy hotel. Great stay.
2/10
I booked a room while staying alone because I wanted to meet a friend, but the staff wouldn't let me and made the whole thing difficult. What's the point of booking a hotel then? The place feels unreliable, and the staff weren't helpful. I wouldn't recommend booking here. I had the same complaint twice: I was alone and wanted a friend to visit, but staff made it difficult and refused.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good value. I stayed here five or six years ago.
