We spent six months here and really liked the room. The street and neighboring buildings were in view, but the balcony was roomy enough for a little round table. We had breakfast or coffee out there, and sometimes used a small grill in the early evening. The main trouble was next door. The restaurant handled its garbage poorly, and cockroaches from there got into the building. The owners often yelled and argued during the day, while their employees left motorbikes at the entrance. Management did nothing about that. We enjoyed our stay, though management could be shady or unclear and might charge for things you hadn't done. Read the contract carefully, and document the apartment's condition together, including doors, windows, curtains, and the sofa.

We only stayed four days, and by my math it worked out to $50 a day after they kept half our deposit and charged us for services that weren't provided. The apartment was disgusting: mold everywhere, lots of cockroaches, nearby construction, uncollected garbage, and rats around the building, even on the power lines. My wife and I were deceived by the broker. When we ended the contract, they kept half the deposit. They billed us for cleaning and disinfection even though we had done that ourselves and paid for it. They also charged us for electricity, despite our warning that we were leaving the air conditioner on to prevent mold from growing.

The rooms are spacious and attractive, and the reception staff were really enthusiastic. MARINA 58A APARTMENT can also arrange tours and car rentals. The location is one of the best-rated in Da Nang, and guests prefer it to other nearby properties. It's 200 meters from the Da Nang Love Lock Bridge, with Indochina Riverside Mall and the Cham Museum both 900 meters away. Da Nang International Airport is 4 km from the apartment hotel. The air-conditioned apartments have fully equipped kitchens, and some include a terrace or balcony with mountain views. Free Wi-Fi is available.
