The staff were all kind and helpful, even when things were extremely busy. Việt, the bellman, took especially good care of my family, far beyond what I expected. Thank you to him. But we could hear everything outside our room, from drunk customers to staff pushing carts around. The blankets and washroom smelled, and my family really didn't enjoy staying here. I'm not sure I'd return if the rooms stay like this.

We had a really good stay at Mercure Hotels and thought it was worth it. Right in the heart of the French village, the views are breathtaking and the equipment and services were great. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, even though they always seemed busy. We'd certainly come back. One thing to know: some hotels may not have a receptionist, so ask for a phone number in case you need to get in touch.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the location was great. The room, though, was much too warm at night. It was larger than usual, and the small AC vents may not have been enough. It felt colder outside than in our room. We called the front desk and someone checked. They showed us the vent was at 19 degrees, but the room was still 23. They brought us a fan. I wish the AC had just worked properly from the start.

Robin gave me a foot massage, and it was so relaxing and rejuvenating. She's skilled, professional, and attentive, and checked that I was comfortable throughout. My feet felt lighter and refreshed afterward. I'd happily go back and recommend her to anyone looking for a good massage therapist.

We stayed for two days and one night at Bana Hills, and the room was spacious and comfortable. When we checked out and were waiting for our GrabCar, Mr Chou helped us communicate with the driver so, as first-timers, we could make sure we got into the right car. The staff are well trained and do their best for guests. Kudos to the whole Sunworld Bana Hills team.
