The rooms looked really nice, and the property was tucked away in a back alley near shops. But when we arrived for the three nights we'd booked through Agoda, we were told there'd been a problem with our reservation. The manager wasn't there to help, and a young man moved us to a different property on the other side of town. It wasn't what I'd booked. I've asked the owner for a refund through Agoda and heard nothing back, so I contacted Agoda support for help.
The bed is really soft, and the place is very comfortable. It should be warm if you stay here in winter. The owner is super friendly. Forever love, and I'll definitely come back.
The family's kindness really made our stay. They welcomed us warmly, made us breakfast, and helped us a lot. When my boyfriend was feeling unwell from too much sun, I asked if she knew a place that did takeaway. She immediately offered to drive me to a very good Pho place. A huge thank you to them. We'd love to come back to Da Nang and stay here again, and we'll recommend it to our friends. The room was super clean and comfortable. It didn't have blackout curtains, but that wasn't a problem since we were always up early to explore Danang, Ba na Hills and Hoi An. The location was fabulous, with good restaurants, mini markets for water and other things, and street food nearby.
We booked through agoda, but the hotel was closed when we arrived. We tried to contact the owner and got no response. In the end, we had to find somewhere else at the last minute. This hotel is a scam.
