Motel Minh Thao

This is a simple, family-run Vietnamese motel, so don’t come expecting luxury. That’s part of its charm. The owners live on site and made us feel welcome, even sharing meals with guests. It felt warm and personal, and gave us a real glimpse of Vietnamese culture and local life. We could walk to the beach, and the motel was generally peaceful, away from the noise of the main streets. There were local events nearby on weekends, though, so things could get lively and there was still plenty going on. The free bicycles were a big plus for our family. We used them to get around, which was easy and fun. Thanks to Hao and her husband for their warm hospitality, for welcoming us into their daily life and traditions, and for helping whenever we needed it. We really appreciated our stay and would recommend this place to travellers who value kindness, authenticity and a relaxed atmosphere.
