We booked through Booking, but they refused to check us in. They shouted and demanded 100,000 rubles above the Booking price, asking us to pay them directly instead. Booking has helped me many times, and I won't turn my back on them. We were four people with loads of luggage, so it was really upsetting. They sent us away even though two rooms were available. I'm adding this after their reply: there was a confirmation email from you, so don't lie. Booking has removed you. The hosts use Booking to get customers for free, which isn't right. We found a slightly more expensive hotel across the street and checked in there on principle. Be careful. This has never happened to us before. After I complained, Booking removed this motel from our reservations. I told the hosts I'd write about it, and they said okay. They were really rude. I'm attaching a photo!
