The rooms are nicely furnished and look quite good, and the staff were friendly and did try to help. But the place had serious mold and pest problems. In the first room, there was prominent black mold under the sink, so I switched rooms. A cockroach came out from under the sink in the second room. The third had dead cockroaches and droppings. The fourth had no TV and smelled musty, like corn. I was exhausted and accepted it, then had a TV brought in later. After I showered, the black mold smell came back stronger from the AC and bathroom. Since it was nighttime and I was exhausted, I turned them off, shut the bathroom door, blocked it with towels, opened the window, and tried to sleep. The heavily scented sheets combined with the mold made me nauseous. When I went to throw up, I found baby cockroaches living in the shower drain, so I packed up and left immediately. The hotel needs thorough mold remediation, pest control, and renovations. It could be a great place after that, but my stay was a nightmare.

The prices are reasonable and the service is okay. You can call the receptionist if you need help. It’s near the shore, and you can go for a health🛵.

My wife and I spent nearly 1 million VND for two nights on a Da Nang vacation, but the stay was disappointing. On our second night, we came back late from Hue to find the floor flooded because the broken air conditioner had leaked. We waited a long time for the receptionist to come clean it up. Around 10-11 PM, they asked us to move our suitcases to another building for a new room, but that room was worse. The bathroom smelled terrible, and so many things were missing that the receptionist had to keep going back and forth to bring them. It was late and tiring, and we’d paid for a relaxing stay, not to feel like a nuisance. I don’t blame the receptionist, I blame the hotel owner. The room was damaged and the way the problem was handled was terrible. One stay is enough, never again. For this price, you can find a much better hotel.
