The place has a nice, cafe-like vibe, and the stay itself was good too. It’s a great deal for the price, with a good location near mye khem beach.

A homely feel, lovely rooms, and a quiet spot with restaurants and cafes nearby. The location is just right for staying in da nang.

The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, which was the main thing for us during our month at Ann’s place. My boyfriend and I had a good stay overall, and it seems suited to long-term travelers or digital nomads. Ann was helpful, replied quickly when we had questions, and would suggest things to do or places to go for a special occasion. We arranged the booking directly with Ann to avoid Airbnb’s high fees, and I’d suggest doing that or using another platform. She charged $300, including weekly cleaning and laundry. A few things to consider for a longer stay: Ann rents motorbikes, but we found a better price at Tuan Motorbikes rental. There’s also a bicycle, though Da Nang isn’t especially bike-friendly. The location wasn’t bad, with a small coffee shop and grocery store within walking distance, but DaNang isn’t a walkable city. The rooftop terrace feels underused. Some shade, comfortable seats, tables, and plants could make it a great spot. A drying rack on the balcony would be handy for swimsuits so close to the beach, and a water refill station would be convenient and help cut down on plastic. The main problem for us was the outsourced laundry. Underwear, socks, a T-shirt, and the laundry bag went missing, and only the bag came back. Since there’s a storage room that could work as a laundry room, it would be much better if laundry were done in-house. Hope this helps someone :)

A lovely homestay with good energy and good value. The owners are a very nice and helpful couple, and Ann is especially sweet and beautiful. The lobby is beautifully decorated, and each room has its own look while still feeling cozy. I’d highly recommend staying here. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
