I think the Agoda listing for this hotel is a scam. There’s a sign at the hotel itself saying they don’t accept online bookings, so I want to warn others to be careful.

This is no longer an OYO hotel, so don’t book through Agoda or another website. The new owner didn’t have my paid booking on record, and I lost my money. To me, this feels like a total scam.

The locals running this place are incredibly kind, though the hotel seems misunderstood. We had a bit of trouble communicating in English, but the family was so nice. They even called a taxi and wouldn’t accept a tip.

We got three rooms for my family, and two of them had a bad odor. We switched rooms, but the smell was still there. The beds and sheets were smelly and dirty too, though we stayed anyway. The one real plus was the affordable price. You get what you pay for.

We rented three rooms, and all of them smelled horrible. After we moved, two of the three replacement rooms had the same smell. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty and poorly kept, with belongings still left by the previous guests.
