Ha at the concierge was so lovely, checking in about our day and sharing recommendations. The staff were the loveliest I’ve ever met. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the hotel is just outside town, so we could enjoy Hoi a activities without the bustle of the busier streets. We loved our stay and couldn’t recommend it enough. We’ll book again if we’re ever in Hoi an.

I didn’t get to stay here, but the service was top notch. I had a medical emergency and needed to cancel my trip. They did it without hesitation, even though they were eligible to refuse the cancellation and refund. I really appreciate that, and hope I can stay there next time.

I left my charger behind and only noticed once I was already in HCMC. The host went out of their way to get it to me there before I left Vietnam. The service was incredible. My room was a nice size with a balcony, and it was pretty quiet. I also enjoyed the very good breakfast. This was easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Vietnam, and I’d recommend it for a visit to Hoi An.

The rooms were clean and there was a nice pool. The staff were really kind and helpful, especially Ha, who was the best. We had a fantastic stay and would 100% recommend it.

I lost my credit card in town, and the staff were so helpful that I found it again. They’re lovely, the breakfast was amazing, and the rooms are huge, clean, and have everything you need. This place is simply perfect. I’d recommend this gem 10000%.
