We made a booking by mistake and called straight away to cancel. Our friend helped us make the call in Vietnamese, and we explained the situation clearly at the time, so the owner’s later claim that we only told them days afterward doesn’t match what happened. The same day, another property had an issue with a booking on their end and kindly asked us to cancel. We did so without any problem. We acted reasonably when it suited them, but when the mistake was ours, this owner kept the money for a stay we never used and then replied with insulting nationalist comments. This isn’t about nationality. It’s about fairness, honesty, and professionalism. Turning a simple booking dispute into a nationalist attack was completely inappropriate and reflects very badly on the owner. Not recommended.

The place is clean, and the family is so sweet. They offer free bicycle and moped rentals, and the beach is only 25 mins away. It’s a local community if you’re looking for culture. They’re very awesome, and I’d highly recommend it!

We arrived very late, but the owner still gave us full attention and care and let us move in. The staff are friendly and cooperative, and the rooms are clean with everything you need. It’s a very nice place, and I’d recommend it.

The room was perfect, and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and they even gave me a cute souvenir after my stay. I LOVED being here!!! 😊❤️ I recommend this place 1000%. Thank you!!!

I mentioned that you can’t see your face properly because of the washroom lighting, and they said they already knew about it. This hotel was a joy, with wonderful owners. Very nice day. If you’re in this area, I highly recommend it. It’s wonderful.
