The pool staff were all so friendly, and Tai at the pool bar was always there to keep us hydrated 🤩. Joy made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived and checked in on us each day, while Trung showed us to our room and was helpful and friendly about getting around. We loved the beach, the pool, and the beautiful room decor. It was hard to make ourselves leave the resort.

We’ve been back six times, and I still haven’t found a better place in Hoi An for a longer stay. The price feels fair for what’s on offer. There’s a private, clean beach, tennis and pickleball courts, a kidzone, an indoor games area with pingpong and a small, non-standard but fun pkb, plus a cinema. I watched Doreamon there with my kids and they loved it. The pool and sunbathing area are among the best places on earth to unwind, and the pool bar is lovely, better than plenty of higher-ranked star resorts. It’s about 10-15 minutes by taxi to Old Town. The rooms are fabulous, clean, and convenient, and the 2-bedroom suite worked perfectly for our family group and different arrangements.

Everything was good during my stay. The hotel room was clean, and I got upgraded to one with a beautiful sea view. Breakfast had lots of variety and was good, and the pool was very nice. Having a private beach was an added plus. Thanks for the hospitality.

Tracey at reception was so sweet and helpful, and the customer service was great. Room service was really quick too. The resort itself is beautiful, with lots of greenery, modern, aesthetic interiors, and very clean rooms. Breakfast was tasty and clean, with loads of choices and delicious pastries. Its beachfront setting is perfect for walks, and it’s also close to Hoi An Old City. I loved staying here.

Trang, Tamy, Chao, and Vi were especially lovely, very polite and well trained, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made our stay at Hoi An Pearl Resort feel even more special. The property is beautiful and well maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere, and our clean, comfortable room made it easy to relax. We loved our stay and would recommend the resort to anyone visiting Hoi An. Hope to come back!
