We’ve been coming back since 2018, and just had another really enjoyable two-week stay. We like staying local in An Bang, close to the market and a short walk from the beach. Lang Dong has what we need for a quiet, comfortable longer stay: a spacious room, a great shower, a nice balcony with a sea breeze, air conditioning if needed, and good WiFi.

Only a five-minute walk from an bang beach, with lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby. The owners are lovely, and the stylish rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The beds are comfortable too. Best place we’ve stayed in Vietnam so far.

The location can be tricky to find because Google Maps puts it somewhere else. The family quickly came to collect us from the wrong spot and brought us to the accommodation. Once there, we got a fresh, delicious breakfast each morning from the friendly owner and his family. They also run a cozy restaurant with excellent food, especially the scallops, which I recommend. The beach, with its sun loungers, is a pleasant surprise just about a two-minute walk away. Even better, the family brought drinks and meals from their restaurant right to the beach. This was the best accommodation we had in Vietnam.

Phouc took great care of us, arranging a driver to Hue and Marble Mountain and exchanging money at reasonable rates. The service and breakfasts were excellent, and so was Beach Village, the restaurant the same folks own. Four of us stayed three nights across two rooms, one of which had a balcony. We highly recommend staying here.

It was just okay, nothing great. The towels smelled really bad, the house was quite untidy, and the room had no window.
