They cancelled our Booking reservation right before we left, saying we hadn't stayed there. I can only assume they wanted to stop us leaving a review. The room itself was okay for the price, but we stayed just one night because we were too tired to argue about it. There was no window, which wasn't mentioned on Booking. The listing claimed there was a terrace, which obviously wasn't true, and a fireplace, which was a lie too, though I was willing to let that one go. It also said the rooms were wheelchair accessible, but not all of them are. I think a window should be expected unless a room is clearly listed as windowless. Charging as much as nearby rooms that do have windows for a hole to sleep in is ridiculous. There are much better hotels for the same money, so choose somewhere else.

The hotel is well placed, with restaurants and shops nearby and the beach under a five minute walk from the lobby. I had a clean room, the AC worked great, and there was hot water. The price was good too, and the staff were super friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and would come back on my next visit to Da Nang.

I booked a two bed room with a window for two nights through agoda a month ahead, and the app said payment would be at the hotel. When we arrived, they said it was full, so we spent the first night in a one bed room. The next day they wanted to move us to the room I'd booked, but after being out all day, the transfer was a hassle and I didn't agree. They gave me a discount because the room wasn't what I had reserved, though I still found it a bit expensive for the quality. The whole experience was terrible. Keep in mind there may not be a room available if you don't prepay.

You can rent a motorbike here for a reasonable price, though you have to leave your passport. No problem, everything was fine when I returned it.
