Ninh made everything easier, from arranging transport and trips to pointing us toward local tailors. We had a roomy space, a large comfortable bed, and good air conditioning, especially for such a low room price. It’s peaceful here, yet only a short walk from the old town. We’d happily stay again if we return to Hoi An.

The location is quiet and handy for the bus station, with the centre still walkable or just a cheap Grab ride away. We had a really enjoyable stay at this friendly homestay. Ninh was especially welcoming and speaks good English, which helped us communicate with the rest of the family. If she wasn’t there in person, she was available on WhatsApp. Breakfast was simple and cost a little extra. The pancakes are worth trying.

My partner and I had a great time here. Ninh was so helpful throughout, arranging tours and giving us useful tips for our stay. She looked after us brilliantly, and I’d highly recommend the place.

Ninh and her family made us feel so welcome at Homestay Ngoc Sinh, and our room was comfortable and really clean. She had plenty of good suggestions, including a fun cooking class, a coconut boat tour, and some great cafes. We had a lovely stay, thank you :)

I had such a relaxing time here. Ninh and her family were incredibly kind, and both the room and pool looked gorgeous. I only wish I could've stayed longer. Thank you ❤️
