Little Oasis . A Luxury Hotel & Spa

The staff were courteous, accommodating, friendly, and professional, and the General Manager deserves special credit for running things efficiently and making sure guests are cared for. The food had plenty of delicious options each day. My room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the hotel was well maintained with a welcoming atmosphere. I had a wonderful week here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The complimentary massages were a lovely bonus and left us feeling completely relaxed. We found it easy to get around using the shuttle into town and by renting bikes. Breakfast had plenty of choices for different tastes, and our river-facing room stayed peaceful despite the hotel's proximity to the busy market area. It was modern, well equipped, and had a super comfortable bed. The whole team was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at Little Oasis and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Lisa made a big impression on us. She checked in each morning over breakfast to see if we were happy with our room and answer questions about the hotel or Hoi An. When I mentioned I'd be leaving for the airport at 3.15am, she offered to have the kitchen prepare a takeaway breakfast. All the staff were excellent, and our friends and I had a great holiday at Little Oasis. The room was quiet and very clean, with great air conditioning, large beds, a beautiful bathroom, and a balcony. Breakfast had a wide spread of tasty food and fresh local fruit, plus attentive staff who brought complimentary coffee and freshly cooked egg omelettes. We also enjoyed the outdoor pools for cooling off in the afternoons, a wonderful spa massage, and a few visits to the basic gym, which had enough equipment for a simple workout. Our stay was outstanding, and we highly recommend the hotel.

The sleep here was among the most peaceful we had in Vietnam. Though only a short way from Hoi An's noisy, bustling streets, the hotel was surprisingly quiet once we passed reception. Our balcony looked over beautiful rear gardens, and we spotted what seemed to be an onsite vegetable garden below. The room was clean, simply and modernly decorated, and had a spacious bath. There were welcoming little spots around the hotel to relax after a busy day. Staff were kind and professional from the taxi arrival through to departure. Rose was especially attentive, offering recommendations and checking if we needed anything. She even remembered guests' names. Dinner one evening was delicious, though desserts could be improved a little. We had a wonderful couples massage at the onsite spa. We didn't use the bikes, but they looked well maintained, and the shuttle to the old town was always on time and professional. Would definitely recommend.
