Nhat Linh Hotel Da Nang

The front desk team made me feel looked after from the moment I arrived. Check-in was smooth, they patiently answered my questions, and their local tips made getting around much easier. They were friendly and professional throughout, whether arranging transportation, helping with special requests, or simply welcoming guests with a real smile. I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back because of their service. Highly recommended!

The complimentary spa session for one guest per room was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was fresh and good, though vegan options were very limited, and a few more would improve it. The hotel is about a 1km walk from the dragon bridge, and there's a nice reception area where guests can sit. The staff were warm, courteous and eager to help. My room was spotless, including the bed linen, and the whole place was well maintained. Comfortable, welcoming and thoughtfully equipped, I'd recommend it and would stay again.

The location was good, the breakfast crew friendly, the aircon and water heater worked well, and there was no bad smell from the bathroom. But we chose this hotel for the view, so the room change left us disappointed. We had booked 3 nights through agoda in a sup twin with city view. At check-in, the guy at the counter called a bigger deluxe twin an upgrade, but didn't mention, or perhaps forgot or neglected to mention, that its window faced an internal wall. It wasn't even listed as a room type on agoda. We didn't complain then because it was late and we were very hungry after a longish day. A couple of bathroom details to know: there's no partition in the shower area, and the curtain doesn't fully enclose the bathtub. You have to climb into the tub to shower, which older people or anyone with mobility issues may want to consider. I'd have given five stars without the upgrade that felt like a downgrade.

The property could use a makeover, though its very central location would make me consider coming back. When I reported that the AC wasn't working, the staff took great care of me: they found another room within 10 minutes and sent up a thoughtful apology note with some mandarins.
