We spent two months here while traveling through Asia, and the family made us feel at home every day. They’re so welcoming and clearly care about their guests. The host was amazing, and even invited us to eat with her family. She also helped us get fresh food at a local price. The top-floor unit was gorgeous, with sunrise coming through the window. The bed was comfortable, the room was cleaned often, and the balcony overlooking the river was lovely for coffee, relaxing or yoga. The building is brand new, spotless and well designed. There’s a kitchen on the first floor that’s handy for longer stays. They provide new bikes, and being right by the river makes for a nice ride into old town. The area is mostly quiet apart from neighborhood dogs and karaoke, which wraps up early and seems common anywhere in VN. There are good cafes and restaurants nearby too, including a Japanese style tea house down the river, Vegan zone, karma waters, and Annen cafe, all a short bike ride away. I’d highly recommend it and would stay again if I’m back in Hoi An.

A warm, helpful family lives next door and was always ready to lend a hand. The place looks just like the photos, and everything felt very new and spotless, with comfortable beds. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, with good restaurants and a small mini-mart close by, and the old city is an easy walk away. You can also use the bikes to head to the beach. Great value for money, and I’d recommend staying here in Hoi An.

Nhu Y homestay is in a peaceful residential area, only a short distance from old town. It takes about 5 minutes by Cycle or a 15-minute riverside walk to get there. The home is new and sparkling clean, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Suong and her family were friendly and very hospitable. We’d love to stay again when we come back to Vietnam.

Nhu Y provides bicycles, which are a great way to see Hoi An. It’s a beautiful, meticulously clean and nicely decorated guest house, set apart from the host’s home, so it isn’t quite a typical homestay. Suong offers real concierge service.

Breakfast was really good, and we had a lovely stay. Nhu Y was kind and helpful, and even gave us local pastries when we left.
