OHANA Garden Boutique Villa

Will and his Janny were so welcoming from the moment I arrived, and they really looked after me. I'd had food poisoning the night before. Even after his shift, Will was worried about me and asked the owner to check on me during my first night. That was very thoughtful. Owner Thytam was also lovely and willing to arrange whatever I needed to make the stay comfortable, as long as I let her know. The main sights are about a 10-15 minute walk away, and the price is very reasonable, with breakfast and a drink included. I loved the Vietnamese iced coffee. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Our group of 14 had seven rooms, and when we reported a stuck door and a leak, the team fixed them right away and kept checking in afterward. A frog got into one room, and security helped get it out. The couple running the place, Will and his wife, were very responsive and happy to help with requests. They also served us breakfast for four days, with good choices prepared on time. They listened to our feedback, met our requests and adapted as the days went on. The building could use a bit of a revamp, but it was clean and lovely. It's close to the streets and can get loud, though things quiet down around 10 pm, which made for good sleep. They're patient, wonderful people.

The staff were friendly and helpful during my three nights at Ohana Garden. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed the stay, recommend it, and would gladly come back. A nice find!

We only got to stay one day at Ohana tropical garden, which was a shame, because we'd happily return when we're back in Hoi An. The owners were the highlight, so friendly and ready to go out of their way to help with requests. The room was large, very clean, and comparable to a five-star hotel, with effective air conditioning and a comfy bed. Ancient town was easy to reach on foot. Breakfast was delicious, especially the cao lau Hoi An noodles, the best we ate in Vietnam. It was our favorite place to stay in the country. Thanks for such a memorable visit!
