Queen Da Nang Hotel

I stayed for just one night before an early flight. The room was clean and comfortable, and good value for a short stay. Being right by the airport was convenient, and the free transfer was a real plus. Breakfast was included too, very basic but fine for us. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we wanted to rent a scooter for a few hours to visit the Hai Van Pass.

For a very good price, this budget hotel includes breakfast and airport pickup, and the WiFi worked really well. The crew can help if you tell them what you need. I suggest using Google Translate's live conversation feature to communicate. :)

If you're not too sensitive, this is a good choice for the price and its closeness to the airport. The locals can seem awkward, but there's kindness behind it. There was a slight cigar smell. Breakfast came with tasty noodles and not-so-great coffee, plus a nice view. I liked it. It's not home, but that's travel.

I only booked a room for a couple of hours while waiting for a flight, and it was a miserable stay. The elevator was broken and wouldn't stop at our floor. Instead of moving us to another room, we had to carry six bags to the next floor and use the stairs. The window barely shut, so karaoke, horns, and traffic noise came straight in through the paper-thin walls. The door latch hardly worked, and I couldn't lock it with the key. I had to lock it from inside before closing it. The whole place felt janky. It seemed like a very cheap spring break spot, or somewhere people might meet women they pay for.
