Gio Bien 2 hotel

The noise from the room next door was so bad that I checked out. At 3:00am I went to reception and told the man sleeping behind the counter. I asked him to get the other room to turn the volume down. He didn’t want to wake up or help. He went to listen at the room, then said he was tired and wouldn’t do anything. I was left to try to sleep through it, which isn’t what I paid for. Such rude, unhelpful service. I reported what happened to agoda. The hotel told them the noise came from outside, but that’s a lie. It was the room beside mine, and I have video and pictures of the employee listening at its door. I believe the manager made that claim to avoid refunding me. The staff offered no support, and this was my worst hotel experience in Da Nang. Please avoid it, it added stress to my holiday.

The beach at MyKieh and the whole coast are just a few minutes' walk away, with restaurants and shops nearby for everything you need on holiday. Staff were very friendly, and my room was clean and cleaned every day. I was satisfied with the service. Thanks to the owner and hotel team, I’ll definitely recommend the place.

This is a good budget hotel in a perfect spot for the beach. We’d stayed at a “luxury” hotel before this one, and Gio Bien was much cleaner. The staff were friendly and attentive, always there to help with our many requests. After checkout, I came back because I’d lost my earrings. Linh at the front desk had found them and returned them to me. Big thanks to Linh, housekeeping, and the front desk team. Don’t overlook this hotel, it’s great. I had no incentive to leave this review.

We got there and were told they didn’t have our room, only a smaller one that cost a little more. Looking for somewhere to stay on 14.2.2026 was already stressful, so that was an amazing day... For me, it felt like a tourist scam.
